Horses and snake.com is a cozy web site, where you can find different articles on different topics. Here there is no strict borders for theme, but with strict moderation (cozy placed need to be protected).I try to create club format site to interact with good persons from the World, so you can find, read, discuss and try to add something new.

2021, 13 August. Do bananas float in the water?Here was some short and fun video, but before I cooked a lot of bananas last month I didn’t asked myself about its density. In fact fresh bananas float in the water. So I decide to published this video in educational playlist, may be it will be useful for somebody. 2021, 5 July. Karl Marx Street (late June, rain, Irkutsk, 2021)
Karl Marx street is a usual title of central street in almost all Russian cites. But Irkutsk is an old Siberian city, so Karl Marx street is not only central street, but it is an old street too.
In old times it called the Big Street, so a lot of old and beautiful buildings are situated here. You can saw many old wooden and stone buildings just by walking through Karl Marx Street. During rain and cold weather there are not much peoples will walk at street, even at late June
2021, 6 June. Siberian sakura and a bee (June 5 2021)
Sakura is mostly connected with Japan in our mind, but in cold Siberia it is also can blossom. Blossom bright, blossom beauty and late, much late, than in Japan. So in 2021 sakura blossom in Siberia only at June.
It fact it is a special type of sakura, which can survive during cold winters. This tree is small in comparation with traditional sakura trees in Japan and Asia, but it is still very beautiful and have bright pink color.
2021, 30 May. Сold May 2021 in Irkutsk
Weather is a most common topic of any discussion, especially if we life in different countries, in different places. This May was cold in Irkutsk (Siberia, Russia), my hometown.
You can see at video morning rain, you can’t see cold weather directly, but can mentioned, that leaves are still not opened at all streets and grass is small. Temperature was near +7 C, it is a little bit cold for late Spring.
2021, 15 May. Siberian Wooden Tableware
Usually peoples used that materials, which are cheap and easy to get in their place. For Siberia region wood was a main building material. Many important things was made from wood: houses, buildings, bridges, churches.
Of course, some small staff, which peoples used in everyday life also was made from wood. Wooden tableware, such as plates, spoons, cups was made from wood, it was ecological and cheap.
2021, 9 May. View at Baykalskaya street at Irkutsk (May 2021)
Today I congratulate you, dear comrades, with the Victory Day (9 May) and publish one short video about Irkutsk. You can see at video one of the main streets of my city during late Spring 2021. Unfortunately, camera quality is not good enough to catch detail view.
Baikalskaya street is a long street at Irkutsk city, it was recently rebuild, so general road line became wide and comfortable. Some modern apartments were build here, but some old parts of this district will met you just behind main view.
2021, 29 April. Waves at Baikal lake (Summer 2019)
I found some video from 2019 Summer season and think that it is good to share it with you, dear quests of Horses and Snake club. At this video you can see, you can hear a mighty Baikal and even feel this unique object of Nature.
Color of water is changing according to current season and current weather, staying an a bank of lake can be pleasant and comfort of hard in spite of different winds. But in the boat deep in Baikal it can be dangerous and even deadly.
2021, 22 April. Spring snow 2021, outskirts of Irkutsk
Karl Marks and Lenin streets are central streets in almost all cities in Russia due to soviet heritage. At a Lenin street in Irkutsk you can found Lenin monument, surrounded by small square.
Irkutsk is a not young city, so you can found some old buildings in central parts of Irkutsk. Unfortunately, during April is is still cold, so you can find lack of green colors in my video.
2021, 15 April. Spring snow 2021, outskirts of Irkutsk
In new extremely short video you can find snow at march of 2021. At Irkutsk (Siberia, Russia) spring snow is a usual event. Due to cold winter a lot of snow can lay at lands until April. At outskirt of a city you can found simple small 1-floor houses and local road can be calm for hours.
2021, 8 April. Ice of Baikal lake (2019 season)
Please watch video about ice of Baikal, watch I created at 2019 (end of winter-spring season). Some time passed through my live practice at English, so it can be not so smooth, so sorry for that. Lake Baikal have really clear water, which is almost completely salt-free, so ice of this great lake looks really amazing.

Founder, writer, lecturerGreetings! I am Evgenii, live and work as a lecturer in Siberian city Irkutsk in Russia. As I remembered myself I like to read and write, finding something interesting and telling about it.
So I like to write articles, create videos, talk about different topics. But I realize, that it is hard to me to chose specific theme for my projects (mostly on native language).
And also I find idea (or I was founded by that idea), that English as a based language can expand borders of vision and perception. So why I found Horses and Snake.com, where I no need to choice one topic and abandon another, where I can interact will all persons, who familiar with Common language.

Goals, mission
Usually judging by categories is connected with great danger when we already have the certain judgments about different persons, places, events, countries. To find a lack of any information is almost impossible nowadays, but the process of evaluation of information become very complicated.The goal of this project is to support the relationship and conversation in the format of a person to person, rather than a person to society or organization, because we can not directly interact with a category, but we can communicate with person.
I believe that a wise person (if she or he wants to) is able to draw independent conclusions and create his or her own judgments, not relying (but considering) a variety of myths and stereotypes. Actually, I want to create my own opinion about the world around me, learn about the life of other people in the world. And I prefer to use direct information, which we can obtain directly by conversation and relationships.
Any activity will pursue some goals, tasks. And better planning does not always mean a better performance. At the starting stage, the main goal of the project Horses and Snake.com is a creating materials, new articles, videos, photos. And most importantly for me that, I like the process of thinking, creating a new, constructive discussion of different topics. I hope, that you will enjoy it too!
