Changing by 3 pct.

Nowadays news coming to our life everywhere and during all day. By the way, good decision to solve this problem is to check news only one or two times per day (or even week), not in online regime. Economics news as usual dived in to 3 types:

1. Advertisement = all is going good in a company, a country.

2. Fears about decreasing some (sometimes complex) economic values by 2 or 5 pct.

3. Analysts in good suits discuss first two points with a serious air, make different (usually opposite to each other) suggestions, and in the meantime, you become entangled and frightened even more (but don’t understand exactly why).

So, in general it is not good for your mood and time. You just nervous, losing your free time, and nervous more, checking news more often. But you still don’t understand information, complex terms and even don’t imagine, how this changes in economics can affect on your local life.

More dangerous, that you can starting to act with your finance, based on this information, and lose some money at unstable market.

Solution

In my opinion, really important changes are rapid and have big values. Some changes by 3 or 5 pct. are not so important, sometimes they can be just statistic corrections. Anyway you can adapt to slow changes in economy (first advice for all times – avoid debts). Also you need to evaluate your knowledge and skill level in economics reasonable.

If you don’t understand, what they saying in the news, it is better to study some classic books in economy, rather than destroying nerve cells and wasting time.
